Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Nile Elite Black Car Service, we understand that plans can change. Our goal is to offer flexible, fair policies while ensuring the reliability of our service and respect for our drivers' time.
Cancellations
Standard Rides (Point-to-Point, Airport, Cruise):

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup

Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee

No-shows or cancellations at pickup time are non-refundable and will be charged in full
Hourly or Charter Services:

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before service

Within 48 hours: 50% charge

Same-day cancellation: 100% charge
Refund Process
If a refund is approved:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit card or ACH)

Processing time: 3–7 business days
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by events outside our control (e.g., severe weather, road closures, emergencies). Refunds under these conditions are handled case by case.
