Welcome to Nile Elite Black Car Service. By using our website (www.nileelitecarservice.com) and booking our transportation services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Use of Website
This website is intended for individuals seeking professional black car and transportation services in Seattle and surrounding areas. You may browse, request quotes, or contact us through this site, but you must be at least 18 years old to book a ride or submit a payment.
2. Services & Bookings
Nile Elite provides private black car services, including airport transfers, point-to-point transportation, corporate travel, and cruise terminal pickups. Services are subject to availability and must be confirmed directly by our team before being considered scheduled.
We reserve the right to change, modify, or discontinue service options or pricing at any time.
3. Payments
We accept payments via QuickBooks invoices. Full payment must be made by the time of service, unless other terms are agreed upon in writing. Accepted forms of payment may include major credit/debit cards and ACH transfers.
All invoices are subject to applicable Washington State sales tax and any local surcharges.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will be billed the full amount. Refunds are issued at our discretion and may be prorated based on time and resource commitment.
5. Conduct
Clients are expected to treat our drivers and vehicles with respect. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a ride without refund in cases of misconduct, excessive intoxication, or endangerment to staff or equipment.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, logos, images, and branding — is the property of Nile Elite and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, accidents, or events outside our control. While we strive for punctuality, arrival times are estimates and not guaranteed.
8. Changes to Terms
Nile Elite reserves the right to update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
